The IFD’s structure ensures maximum durability and corrosion resistance, as the frame is built entirely from high-quality stainless steel 304L/316L. To meet varying particle size requirements, the internal drum is available in two main configurations:

• Perforated Sheets in stainless steel, featuring circular holes ranging from 2 mm to 15 mm.
• Wedge Wire Mesh with a trapezoidal profile, offering a finer filtration with spacing between 0.25 mm and 3 mm.

Operational Process and Cleaning System

The operation is simple and effective: wastewater enters the machine and flows into the rotating basket, where suspended particles are intercepted and removed. The slow rotation of the basket, assisted by the internal spiral, facilitates the transport of filtered materials toward the discharge outlet. To maintain peak efficiency, a powerful high-pressure cleaning system activates to remove any material adhering to the filter surface. This system offers operational flexibility, as it can be activated both manually or through automatic programming.
