Sand extraction is performed exclusively via a dedicated pump system, ensuring efficient removal and disposal. The Fluiteco design for the MCB series prioritizes durability and adaptability. The unit is available in various high-grade materials, including AISI 304L, 316L, Duplex, and Super Duplex stainless steel. The standard configuration features a shaftless screw screen installed at a 35° angle; however, for specific plant requirements, a shafted version can be provided with an adjusted inclination of 45°.
