Synchronized Operation and Flow Management

The core of Fluiteco’s integrated design lies in the perfect synchronization of its operational cycles. As the basket is lifted for discharge, an automatic sliding gate descends to seal the inlet pipe, eliminating any risk of solids bypassing the system. In standard configurations, this is achieved through an efficient mechanical rocker-arm solution. For more complex requirements, a dual-motor system is available, providing independent and automated control over both the basket hoist and the gate movement.

Advanced Filtration and Mechanical Reliability

The filtration gap is fully customizable to meet specific wastewater characteristics. The basket and the sliding gate can be equipped with standard rectangular bars, specialized triangular or teardrop profiles for enhanced hydraulics, or perforated sheets for fine screening. For applications requiring total flow isolation, a blinded version of the gate is also available. Built entirely from stainless steel and capable of reaching depths of up to 40 meters, the SMT features a basket guided by four reinforced rollers within U-profile rails. The system is powered by a self-braking gear motor, while the basket sides are made of stainless steel pipes to optimize drainage and cleaning, ensuring consistent performance over time.
